Refund policy

At Moodit, we want you to love your fan. If something didn't go as expected, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, in resale condition, and returned with its original sleeve and packaging.

To start a return:

  1. Log in to your account at https://mooditus.com/account. If you don't have an account yet, you can create one with the same email you used for your purchase.
  2. Go to your order history, select the order you'd like to return, and click "Request return".
  3. Once your request is approved, you'll receive return shipping instructions automatically by email.

Return shipping is covered by the customer.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund. You can choose to receive it as a refund to your original payment method or as Moodit store credit.

Damaged or defective products

We do quality control on every order before it leaves our warehouse, but if your Moodit arrives damaged, we want to fix it for you.

Please contact us at contact@mooditus.com within 14 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the damage
  • A photo of the damaged item

We'll send a replacement at no cost. You don't need to return the damaged item.

Refund processing time

Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, the funds may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.

Items not eligible for returns

  • Items purchased as part of a promotional bundle (such as BUY 2 GET 3) can only be returned in full — partial returns of bundle items are not accepted.
  • Items returned after the 30-day window will not be accepted.
  • Items returned in used or non-resale condition will not be refunded and may be returned to the customer at their cost.

Order cancellations

You can cancel your order before it's shipped by emailing contact@mooditus.com as soon as possible. Once the order has been dispatched, our standard return policy applies.
